- Vegghetti stilo Italiano (Italian Vegan Veggie-Spaghetti with delicious nut "cheese" sauce)
- Self-made vegan nut milks, yoghurts
- Raw vegan "cheeses" (herbal dream cream cheese & **** pistachio cranberry cheese, pizza cheese)
- Kombucha Celebration Delight

The course Vegan SuperYacht Chef Training was conducted in a professional and friendly manner! The trainer Angelika Fürstler was very informative, supportive, energetic and very creative. All tasks were completed and all my questions were answered fully and accompanied with practical exercises.
The facilities at the villa La Remondiere where the course was conducted are professjonally equipped, very comfortable and specious and in compliance with the highest standard that matches the standard on board of SUPER YACHTS.
