Hommage a Brigitte Bardot
Since I was featured with VEGAN SUPERYACHT we got invited to present this entire new approach of cuisine and crusine during this evening with a great program all around art, animal rights, fashion & healthy food in the heart of Nikki Beach Saint Tropez.
We started with "The Secret Wild Salad" an extremely nourishing, refreshing and satisfying creation that takes you on a journey with it's creamy texture, wild herbs and sweet & crunchy finish.
Each of the dishes had a delicious base, creme cover and additional toppings like fresh organic bean sprouts provided by EcoGerme, aged organic balsamic vinegar by La Vecchia Dispensa, dehydrated "Bliss Nut chEASE" crumbles, fresh herbs and organic, gluten-free crackers by BIOKnusperwaffel. All of it nicely placed & decorated one by one.

It was simply incredible how many guests came to me saying they were vegetarian/vegan and how thankful they were that we were at Nikki Beach St. Tropez, making this kind of conscious food for them. This is just another great sign that the world is ready for our new approach of delicious & nutritious food & all that comes with it! We are looking forward to many many more amazing events with wonder~full encounters & lots of delicious BLISS FOOD! It's an experience ;)
